We cannot wait to share this lovely coloring book with you!

It releases July 18th, the same day as its companion YA dystopian novel, Ending Fear by Deanna Fugett.

We have had so many questions regarding the coloring book, we thought we would share a few details with you.

A companion coloring book to the YA dystopian novel Ending Fear by Deanna Fugett.

Fourteen-year-old Fear learns she was a parachute baby, dumped over the edge of the Gliding Lands as an infant. Running from her abusive Downer family, Fear discovers a new family—one who knows how to love. But then her new little sister is kidnapped and sold to a harem. Fear must go against her namesake and journey to the dreaded Gliding Lands before the little girl’s innocence is ripped from her forever. Can she save Happy in time?

Bring the characters of Deanna Fugett’s debut novel to life with lovely illustrations by the talented artist Keighley Kendig!

About the Illustrator:

Artist Keighley Kendig began drawing when she could barely walk and hasn’t stopped since. She landed her dream job at Disney World, where she sees dreams come true every day.

Follow her on Instagram at @keighleyk to learn more about her.

And now a preview of what you will find within this coloring book’s pages.

Isn’t that gorgeous? We are thrilled to have worked with such a talented artist!

We hope you enjoy bringing these pages to life as much as we enjoyed compiling them.

Happy coloring!

We have an exciting announcement to make!

Ending Fear, Deanna Fugett’s YA dystopian novel, has an official release date of July 18, 2017!

We eagerly anticipate this first book in the Gliding Lands series and know you will enjoy it too. The cover is beautiful, and the story inside is just as stunning. And we promise we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available for pre-order.

Also, we have a bit of a surprise for you as well. Keighley Kendig, artist extraordinaire, has created illustrations for a companion coloring book. Now you can bring the characters of Ending Fear to life! (More details to come…)

In the meantime, check out the scrumptious blurb below:

Fourteen-year-old Fear learns she was a parachute baby, dumped over the edge of the Gliding Lands as an infant. Running from her abusive Downer family, Fear discovers a new family—one who knows how to love. But then her new little sister is kidnapped and sold to a harem. Fear must go against her namesake and journey to the dreaded Gliding Lands before the little girl’s innocence is ripped from her forever. Can she save Happy in time?

And now a little about the lovely author herself:

Deanna Fugett’s heart belongs to writing. Author of edgy YA Dystopian fiction with an underlying message of hope, this stay-at-home mom of four focuses on writing as much as humanly possible. She was published at the young age of six in a local newspaper and is excited to be published again. It only took twenty-six years. She enjoys the thrill of writing fiction that deals with intense topics and prays it will impact people for the better.

Thank you for joining us today, and we hope you love this story as much as we do!

We have a delicious announcement!

Drifting by Sarah Armstrong-Garner is now on our publishing schedule.

Hurray!

For those of you who have eagerly anticipated the next book in the Sinking trilogy, we are pleased to announce a tentative 2018 release date.

And now, an interview with the author herself.

  1. What are you most excited about Drifting’s release?

I am most excited about everyone getting to read how Jocelyn and Aidan are adapting to their ever-changing lives and finding out who they really are.

  1. What was the most difficult part about writing Drifting?

The most difficult part was allowing the story to change. When I sat down to write Drifting, I had an idea of how the story would end, but the characters and situations changed. Once I got out of their way, the story began to bleed onto the page.

  1. Can you give us a hint of what to expect in book two?

We all have a dark side.

  1. In Sinking, Jocelyn’s medallion was more significant than she could fathom. Are there any trinkets, devices, or jewelry we should look for in Drifting?

The medallion is still a huge part of Jocelyn’s story and everyone else’s. It still holds the key to everything.

  1. Are Jocelyn’s memories still missing in Drifting? Or does she remember everything about her life under the sea?

She remembers almost everything in Drifting, but parts of her past are still kept from her, and the only way for her to find them is to awaken a monster.

Thank you, Sarah, for joining us today. We cannot wait to release your next book!

And we cannot wait to share it with our fabulous readers.

Happy Reading!

Here it is, finally, the post you’ve all been waiting for:

Spark’s cover reveal!

Wait for it…

Perhaps a little about the book first?

Brenna James wants three things for her sixteenth birthday: to find her history notes before the test, to have her mother return from her business trip, and to stop creating fire with her bare hands.

Yeah, that’s so not happening. Unfortunately.

When Brenna learns her mother is missing in an alternate reality called Linneah, she travels through a portal to find her. Against her will. Who knew portals even existed? But Brenna’s arrival in Linneah begins the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy, including a royal murder and the theft of Linneah’s most powerful relic: the Sacred Veil.

Hold up. Can everything just slow down for a sec?

Unwilling yet left with no other choice, Brenna and her new friend Baldwin (Um, hello, Hottie!) pursue the thief into the dangerous woods of Silvastamen and beyond. Exactly what Brenna wanted to do for her sixteenth birthday. Exactly. When they spy an army marching toward Linneah, Brenna is horrified. Can she find the veil, save her mother, and warn Linneah in time?

And more importantly, why on earth doesn’t this alternity have Belgian waffles?

Are you ready for this awesomeness?

Thank you, Sara Helwe Digital Arts, for another fabulous cover!

We are pleased to reveal the cover of Kill the Beast: a Beauty and the Beast Retelling by Michele Israel Harper.

With a tentative release date of March 2017, Kill the Beast is an intense adventure where all is not as it seems.

From the back cover:

Ro remembers the castle before. Before the gates closed. Before silence overtook the kingdom. Before the castle disappeared. Now it shimmers to life one night a year, seen by her alone.

Once a lady, now a huntress, Ro does what it takes to survive—just like the rest of the kingdom plunged into despair never before known.

But a beast has overtaken the castle. A beast that killed the prince and holds the castle and kingdom captive in his cruel power. A beast Ro has been hired to kill.

Thankful the mystery of the prince’s disappearance has been solved, furious the magical creature has killed her hero, Ro eagerly accepts the job to end him.

But things are not as they seem.

Trapped in the castle, a prisoner alongside the beast, Ro wonders what she should fear most: the beast, the magic that holds them both captive, or the one who hired her to kill the beast.

We look forward to announcing more details about this book in the near future.

Happy Reading!
